In the some technical support groups that primary communication, support establish communication to be addressed at certain level but generally some issue that is very difficult that need to much technical information, deep technical information are not possible to everyone have, hence the requirements of the customers supports are limited on the phone or supporting group which are established primary level of communication for the solve issue.
The escalation process system is the part which unsolved issues are passed to higher level of technician which is directly attached with product and technical team and higher authority to some decisions, settings, configurations are much understand and try up, but still issues not solve that technician team will address next level of communicators.
In the movement of cumulative quality problems or against and against quality problems are raised that, customer is demanding the effective inspections, technical solutions and concentrate on measurements of the product parameters.
When at higher level the customer can’t get the solution, which may ever culminate in the disqualification of the supplier.
